Reflection
In this project I learned several different techniques like DNA fingerprinting that I had not known about before. I also learned about the legal things behind different murders and types of murders. I had not known exactly what manslaughter was, but now I do because of this project. I would have liked to know about possibly more techniques and how they actually do things with the DNA. I don't think forensics people actually cut up paper chromosomes to get evidence towards individuals for their case, so I would have liked to know more about that process. Next year I would try to make all of the individuals have decent potential so we really have to think about who did it. We did have to spend a lot of time processing all of our data to connect it to certain people, but maybe it can be made a little tougher. I think we did well staying on task, especially with a mediator demanding tasks from people each day. Sometimes during researching we would click on other things and had to be told to get back to the task at hand. I think we could have planned out the work better so someone isn't working really hard while others are just waiting around. I myself stayed mostly on task and gave people tasks to do, so I tried to keep our group working. Sometimes I found myself with nothing to do and took the time for a break, which I would not do if I did this again.
